Harlaxton manor is a superb wedding photography venue. The grounds are so beautiful and vast; you’re almost spoilt for choice.
I arrived bright an early to photograph Alex’s bridal preparation. She seemed very relaxed and ready to get the wedding ceremony on the way.
The bride and groom were keen to let the day flow and for me to capture the fun, laughter and emotion as it unfolded from a distance.
The wedding day had a musical theme. During the speeches each table had to perform and short piece, a poem, story or song. This went down a treat and made for some lovely memories.
The weather was so warm; all the guest were on the lawn, this set the tone and the mood of the day was perfect.
In the early evening I took Alex and Matt for a stroll around Harlaxton Manor’s ground, I think the appreciated some time alone and we managed to capture antibiotics for strep throat online some beautiful photographs.
In the evening they carried on the musical theme, by providing live band with a karaoke. All the guest and bride and groom got up on stage, all the classics were belted out.
